WELCOME.....
...to the Victorian branch of the Australian Association for Cognitive and Behaviour Therapy's web site.

This web site was developed for the professional already skilled at cognitive behavioural therapy and people that are complete novices.

The AACBT is a non-profit organisation which promotes the scientific approach to understanding and changing cognitions and behaviours in applied settings. It is a multidisciplinary association for professionals with an interest in the application of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to help alleviate individual and group difficulties. The AACBT consists of a national executive and five state branches (Victoria, New South Wales, Western Australia, South Australia, and Queensland).

Members in Victoria are represented by the Victorian Executive Committee.
